Hey Group Riders,
We had quite a ride last week! Something new and long. This week we're doing our usual Ken Caryle/Deer Creek ride. We're only hosting one route, but ride at an intermediate and recreational pace. As usual, we meet at 9am and ride at 9:30am. It's going to be hot, so please bring lots of fluids, hydrate before hand, and wear sunscreen.
